Who we are

SUKR is operated by ALTATBILA ALJAHEZA FOR FOOD SUPPLIES AND RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT COMPANY in Kuwait. This policy covers sukr.co, orders, customer accounts and communications with us.

Information and purposes

We process contact and delivery details, order history, account preferences, payment confirmation, support messages, and device/usage information. We use them to fulfil orders, arrange payments and delivery, support customers, secure the store and meet legal obligations. Marketing emails require your consent and can be unsubscribed from at any time.

If you choose to share an allergy when asking about a product, we use that information to answer your enquiry. Please do not send unrelated medical records or card details.

Service providers

Shopify hosts our store and account services. Delivery partners receive information needed to deliver your order. Payment and technical providers may process information necessary for their services. Information may be processed outside Kuwait. We may disclose information when legally required.

Cookies and third parties

Security, retention and your choices

We take reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain information as needed for fulfilment, legal records and disputes. You may request access, correction, a copy or deletion, subject to applicable law and necessary record retention, by emailing hello@sukr.co.

The store is not directed to children. Contact us if a child has supplied personal information without appropriate consent. We may update this policy and publish the revised date here.
