Shipping policy

Kuwait delivery

We currently deliver within Kuwait only. Delivery costs KWD 2 per order, displayed at checkout. We do not currently offer free-delivery thresholds, express, same-day or international delivery.

Preparation and timing

Allow 2–4 days, including baking and delivery. Our bakery products require preparation; an order is not a promise of same-day dispatch. If a product or delivery issue affects this timeline, we will contact you.

Your delivery details

Give a complete address, an accurate phone number and any useful access instructions. Ensure someone can receive the food. Incorrect details or an unavailable recipient can delay delivery; we will contact you before arranging any additional charged delivery attempt.

Receiving your order

Check the items on arrival and follow the storage instructions on the packaging. Contact hello@sukr.co promptly for missing, damaged or incorrect items, quoting your order number. Our Refund Policy explains available remedies.
